First, access the venue by entering the code you received by email after making your reservation.

Then retype the code on the inner screen. Your locker will open automatically.

Check your locker number, put your luggage inside and close the locker door.

You will be able to access the ticket office you have reserved, as many times as you want, from 07:00 h to 06:59 h. the following day. For example, if you access your ticket office after 07:00 am. your rental will also end at 06:59 am.

In case of an incident at the Valencia Lockers premises, we have taken out an insurance policy in favor of the Users that would cover losses due to loss, damage and/or theft (for causes attributable to the company “Valencia Lockers”) up to a limit of 200 € for locker M, 400 € for locker L and 500 € for locker XL (a police report must be submitted beforehand). This policy does not cover the theft of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images. If you do so, they will in any case be kept at your own risk.

In addition, we strongly recommend that you do not keep your travel documents (airline tickets, train tickets, etc.) and personal documents (passport, driver’s license, etc.) in the ticket office. If you do so, they will in any case be kept at your own risk.

Upon accessing your locker, you will receive an email with a link to pay for the additional rental time to reactivate your reservation.

You will have 15 minutes to pick up your luggage.

Yes, as long as such modification or cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the date on which the booked service begins, you must contact us by sending an email to

Cancellation fees: 1.4% + 0.25 euros on card transactions within the EEA [0], 2.5% + 0.25 euros on card transactions between the UK and the EEA, 2.9% + 0.25 euros on other international card transactions [1].
